Erowayz is a platform that connects you with nearby vendors, services, and community features such as Food,Products,Service requests. We do not sell products or services directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • You must be at least 15 years old to use Erowayz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Erowayz supports cash payments only<\/strong> for vendor-related services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • All payments are made directly between you and the vendor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Erowayz does not collect, process, or store any online payment details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Provide true and accurate information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Make payments directly to vendors where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Treat vendors and recipients with respect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        5. Prohibited Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        You must not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Use Erowayz for fraudulent or illegal purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Harass or misuse contact information of vendors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Erowayz is a connecting platform only. We are not liable<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • The quality, safety, or legality of goods or services provided by vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The Product image also Vendors not erowayz team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n\n

            7. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the app, and continued use of our Services means you accept the revised Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
